Living Plant-Based in Las Vegas

When our founder, Gia S, first went vegan she was amazed at how easy it was to make delicious, satisfying, and healthy vegan food at home. She had always been an adventurous home cook and found it rewarding to adapt her favorite recipes to be plant-based. Unfortunately this wasn't the case when she went out to eat. The vegan options at the time just didn't match up to what she was making at home. Inspired to bring her vegan cooking to the people of Las Vegas, Gia opened The Modern Vegan in 2018.

Our Royal Oak location is now open!
